Together we listen, feel, move and heal deeply through the Medicine of Music and the Art of Listening. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, uninhibited style of dance that encourages self-expression and connection with Music in a non-judgmental and non-verbal space, aiming for a meditative and uplifting experience through movement.
